Almarai is the largest food company in Gulf which transformed Saudi Arabia’s traditional dairy farming industry to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding domestic market. Numerous agricultural projects were launched to achieve this vision. The goal was to establish consistent internet services across their Head Office and all branches, emphasizing scalability and cost-effectiveness. The solution needed to feature user-friendly management, efficient bandwidth control on a user level, and a dynamic, customizable splash page. Additionally, Employee Id Login Based Authentication with throttle period was essential. The solution aimed to provide extensive WiFi access, facilitate Layer-3 Routing, and ensure a reliable internet service backup.
Solution
Surfsonix NEO, our Smart Internet Access (IA) solution, was deployed with a resilient High Availability Backup Server mode. The integration of an Employee Id Login module with throttle period and SMS OTP which enabled seamless mobile authentication for users. Advanced bandwidth management ensured efficient resource allocation. A dynamic splash page was designed for swift and straightforward internet access. The Extended Route feature allows Layer-3 network devices to connect to Surfsonix, enabling the efficient delivery of crucial communication data. This resulted in seamless connectivity across the entire location for all sites. The deployment of Guest WiFi was achieved within just 2 weeks, supported by a unique and robust database.
